About this role
As a People & Culture Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic advisor to the business while executing key HR initiatives across the organization. Reporting to the Manager, People & Culture, you will translate organizational people strategies into actionable plans and lead their implementation. This role bridges the gap between strategic HR planning and day-to-day execution, requiring both operational excellence and strategic thinking.
What you’ll be working on:
- Partner with business unit leaders to understand their needs and translate company-wide people strategies into tailored solutions.
- Provide data-driven insights and reporting on key people indicators
- Serve as a trusted HR advisor, identifying trends in people data to proactively address issues and support business decisions
- Lead implementation and improvement of HR programs, policies, and practices
- Manage core HR processes (performance management, talent development, employee relations, engagement survey and action planning) while ensuring consistent policy application
- Coordinate leave of absence requests with Total Rewards and Payroll while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Coach managers on effective people management and provide guidance on performance plans and career development
- Support learning and development initiatives by assessing offerings against evolving business needs
- Facilitate resolution of complex employee relations issues and identify process improvements to enhance employee experience
Who we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- 4+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
- CHRP preferred
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a demonstrated ability to work independently, lead multiple projects, prioritize, and manage a high volume of tasks, deadlines, requirements, and decisions
- Strong knowledge of systems and technology
