  • Provide data-driven insights and reporting on key people indicators
  • Serve as a trusted HR advisor, identifying trends in people data to proactively address issues and support business decisions
  • Lead implementation and improvement of HR programs, policies, and practices
  • Manage core HR processes (performance management, talent development, employee relations, engagement survey and action planning) while ensuring consistent policy application
  • Coordinate leave of absence requests with Total Rewards and Payroll while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Coach managers on effective people management and provide guidance on performance plans and career development
  • Support learning and development initiatives by assessing offerings against evolving business needs
  • Facilitate resolution of complex employee relations issues and identify process improvements to enhance employee experience

Who we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • 4+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
  • CHRP preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
