Position Description:   

PingWind is seeking a subject matter expertise for MIRC PED initiatives, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of the Army's C5ISR and coordinating with PED reach sites to identify training and operational requirements. They will communicate with higher commands, report metrics, and provide program support to meet readiness objectives of USARC, DA/G2, and FORSCOM. Additionally, the successful hire will conduct analysis and testing of emerging PED capabilities, assist with configuration management for IaaS-hosted solutions, and work on refining and enhancing intelligence PED capabilities across the MIRC. 


Primary Responsibilities: 

Typical Responsibilities/Tasks: 

• Provide subject matter expertise for the MIRC PED initiatives as outlined by the DA/G2 Executive Order (EXORD) and MIRC Strategy. 

• The subject matter expertise shall demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of the Army's PED Command, Control, Computers, Communications, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR). 

• Primary responsibility is to coordinate with all MIRC PED reach sites to identify training and operational requirements. 

• Coordinate with the classified communications branch to identify lifecycle replacement, communications exercises, and emerging solutions. 

• Communicate with higher and adjacent commands through in-process reviews (IPR) to report training and readiness metrics of units and sites once reporting criteria is approved by the MIRC Operations Officer. 

• Produce products that may include PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and word documents. 

• Provide program support to meet the USARC, DA/G2 and FORSCOM readiness objectives. 

• Conduct analysis, development, integration, and testing to identify emerging PED analytic capabilities from industry, Government, and academia to meet the Army’s PED transformation initiatives. 

• Refine, enhance, and transform intelligence PED capabilities across the MIRC. 

• Assist in configuration management for Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)-hosted solutions and leverage Activities Based Intelligence (ABI), Structured Object Management (SOM), and Object Based Production (OBP). 


Required Qualifications 

• TS-SCI Clearance 
• Associate or bachelor’s degree.  Professional Experience in Lieu of a degree is acceptable 
• 5+ years of professional experience preferred 
 

Desired Qualifications 

• Knowledge of ARISS organization a plus
