Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide courteous and timely assistance to employees and managers regarding payroll inquiries
• Assist employees and managers with navigating payroll and timekeeping software
• Collaborate with senior team members to ensure accurate and timely resolution of reported issues
• Complete employment verifications
• Manage incoming mail, email and phone calls
• Document employee interactions and maintain accurate records of inquiries and resolutions
• Work closely with Human Resources team members on cross functional issues and requests to ensure the best possible employee experience
• Assist with daily tasks and payroll processes as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software quickly
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Willingness/desire to learn

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $15.91/Hour - $22.74/Hour

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
