The Role:
This role is remote within the United States.
As a Remote Payroll Clerk at Turquoise Health, you will process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for employees in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain payroll records and documentation
- Assist with payroll reconciliations and reporting
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve issues
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure compliance
What You Bring to the Role:
- 1–3 years of payroll or HR experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with payroll software, Google Workspace, and Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Compensation:
$55,000 – $70,000 depending on experience
