Position Overview
Akicita Federal is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & Accounting Specialist to support our rapidly growing federal contracting operations. This role is responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, labor compliance, invoicing support, and general accounting functions across multiple federal contracts. The ideal candidate has direct experience with ADP or Rippling payroll systems and familiarity with the Federal Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) and government contract environments.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate payroll, compliant labor reporting, and timely invoicing to federal customers.
