As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Receivables Product, you will play a critical role in collaborating with cross-functional teams, building key relationships, and driving continuous value for our clients. You will support both existing products and new offerings within our comprehensive suite, which includes Image Cash Letter, Lockbox, Currency Services, Digital Bill Pay, Receivables Online, Remote Deposit Capture, and more. Your focus will be on simplifying and standardizing our solutions, enhancing the client experience, and delivering operational excellence. Additionally, you will contribute to scalable product delivery, streamline processes, support change initiatives, ensure compliance, and resolve delivery challenges.

Job responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
- Support the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Raise blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
- Work independently and understand how the role supports Receivables as a whole, including special projects and initiatives related to our business
- Maintain product and system documentation (user guides, implementation, marketing sheets, training decks, procedures)
- Monitor product performance, analyze usage data, and recommend improvements
- Prepare product documentation, training materials, and client communications
- Communicate regular status updates to senior management and business stakeholders in an executive manner
- Support sales and client service teams with product knowledge and presentations
- Track industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to receivables and cash management
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area
- Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
- Experience in product deployment processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data and market trends
- Self-starter capable of independently managing their workload and deliverables
- Adopts a logical and organized method for planning, problem-solving, and decision-making
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus
- Operations experience dealing with large scale operations and transformation agendas
