It combines payment acceptance, network connectivity, and orchestration services into a single, integrated platform.
Role Overview:
We’re seeking a strategic and execution-focused Product Marketing professional to lead marketing efforts for our Complete Commerce solution set. This role will define and drive product positioning, go-to-market strategy, and customer engagement across multiple channels. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, and Marketing Communications to ensure our solutions resonate with target audiences and drive measurable impact.

Responsibilities

Go-to-Market Strategy – Own development and execution of GTM plans across different international regions.

Positioning & Messaging – Define solution value propositions and craft compelling messaging proof points that highlight TNS’s unique points of market differentiation.

Ideal Customer Profiles - Define and refine ICPs based on market research, customer feedback, and sales insights.  Owns understanding customer personas and how to address their specific business needs.

Campaign Planning & Content Creation - Partner with Marketing Communications teams to build product-focused demand generation campaigns.  Create high-impact content including solution briefs, blog posts, infographics, and videos.

Sales Enablement - Develop sales tools such as pitch decks, battlecards, objection-handling guides, and competitive matrices. Train sales teams on Complete Commerce solution value propositions and messaging.

Customer Stories & Case Studies - Identify and develop customer success stories to showcase solution set impact.  Collaborate with account teams to secure approvals and interviews.  Collaborate with Marketing Communications on integrated campaigns and brand initiative.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in product marketing in B2B tech, telecom, or payments.  Payments experience is strongly preferred.

  • Proven experience in launching products and building GTM strategies.

  • Strong storytelling, writing, and presentation skills.

  • Familiarity with CRMs, Marketing systems tools, and competitive intelligence platforms.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

  • In the US: For this role, we anticipate paying $160,000k - $190,000K. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form. Any compensation range provided for a role is an estimate determined by available market data. The actual amount may be higher or lower than the range provided considering each candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location. TNS offers a competitive benefit package including medical and dental coverage, life insurance, paid holidays and vacations, and a 401K plan with company match.
