Position Overview

We are seeking a Commercial Account Executive to lead growth in Denver. This is a high-impact role focused on developing new business while maintaining key relationships across all commercial segments and channels.  

 

What You’ll Do:  

  • Drive new business development across the Denver market 

  • Build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, end users, and flooring contractors 

  • Travel daily within the territory to develop and grow accounts   

  • Lead product presentations, design consultations, and specification efforts 

  • Manage projects end-to-end: from opportunity identification through installation and post-project follow-up 

  • Maintain an active pipeline through CRM tools (Salesforce) and lead generation platforms 

  • Stay informed on design trends, product innovation, and market activity 

  • Represent Patcraft in the local market through meetings and industry events  

 

What It Takes to Succeed  

  • Proven ability to prospect, build pipeline, and close new business  

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously  

  • Self-motivated with the ability to operate independently & on a team within the territory  

  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills within the Patcraft team and with customers 

Requirements: 

  • 3–5+ years of sales experience (commercial, B2B, or related industries such as Interior Design, textiles, lighting, or building materials) 

  • Must have the ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, team-selling environment with shared financial outcomes and mutual accountability 

  • High School Diploma/GED 

  • Living in Denver, CO highly preferred  

  • Proven ability to prospect, build pipeline, and close new business 

 

Strongly preferred experience or skills:  

  • Bachelors degree 

  • Experience calling on healthcare + education segments a plus 

  • CRM (salesforce) experience
