Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Strategic Partnerships team at Mercer a Marsh business. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The Partnerships Marketing & Operations Manager is a central hub role that enables the entire partnership team and acts as a critical quarterback. You will be responsible for executing all partner marketing initiatives and managing the operational cadence of the partner program. This role works closely with the Ecosystem Program Manager on onboarding and supports the entire sales team with marketing, collateral, and logistics needed to drive pipeline, as well as the Career Indirect Sales team and Career Enablement.

We will count on you to:

  • Develop and execute the annual partner marketing plan for the entire ecosystem, including partner-facing events, Mercer VIP activation and management in coordination with the Delivery Hub, research and whitepapers in coordination with the Research & Analyst function, joint webinars, case studies, and press releases.
  • Create and maintain the central repository of all partner-related sales collateral, enablement materials, and "battle cards".
  • Support the Commercial Leader by managing the operational aspects of partner onboarding, such as system setup and intranet announcements.
  • Shadow and support the Commercial Leader with commercial governance activity.
  • Manage the internal communication strategy to keep relevant teams aware of partner news and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Advocate for Mercer’s partnerships ecosystem through social media and the conference/events space, being a strong voice to the market.
  • Work with the GBS BI team to create leadership reporting.

  • Extensive experience in partnership marketing and operations.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage operational cadence and support onboarding processes.
  • Experience collaborating with sales teams and enablement functions.

Marsh is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $88,000 to $176,000.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
