Role OverviewOscilar is hiring an Ecosystem Partnerships Lead to own and scale our global consulting and VC partner ecosystem.
This is a senior, externally facing individual contributor role responsible for defining and executing our consultant-led partnership strategy, while leveraging VC relationships as a secondary growth channel.
You will own relationships with consulting firms advising banks, fintechs, and financial institutions on fraud, AML, onboarding, and risk modernization, and position Oscilar as a strategic platform within consultant-led deals. This role requires strong judgment, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to operate independently at the Partner and Managing Director level.
What You’ll DoOwn and execute Oscilar’s consulting partnerships strategy, with VC relationships as a secondary channel
Build and manage senior relationships with consulting firms, system integrators, and advisory partners
Define and enforce engagement models including referral, co-sell, re-sell, and enablement
Drive consultant-sourced pipeline and revenue, influencing deal strategy across RFPs and transformation programs
Partner closely with Sales on deal ownership, incentives, and execution
Track and improve partner performance across pipeline quality, conversion, and deal velocity
Leverage VC relationships to drive portfolio introductions and strategic visibility without overextending resources
Build and deliver partner enablement materials, messaging, and use cases
Collaborate with Marketing and Product on thought leadership and market positioning
Represent Oscilar in executive briefings, partner meetings, and industry events
Exercise strong judgment in prioritizing engagements, managing scope, and maintaining boundaries with partners
7–10+ years of experience in partnerships, consulting alliances, or advisory-led GTM roles
Direct experience working with or within consulting firms (Big 4, regional, or boutique)
Ability to operate effectively with senior stakeholders (Partners, Managing Directors, Principals)
Strong independent judgment and ability to make decisions in ambiguous environments
Proven track record of driving partner-influenced or partner-sourced revenue
Clear, confident communicator across internal and external audiences
Experience working within enterprise sales environments and complex deal cycles
Experience engaging with venture capital firms or portfolio-driven GTM strategies
Background in fintech, banking, payments, fraud, AML, or risk/compliance technology
Experience supporting international or regional expansion efforts
Familiarity with regulated industries and enterprise buyers
Clear ownership and structure across all consultant partnerships
Reduced leadership overhead required to manage consultant and VC interactions
Consultants confidently positioning Oscilar without constant internal involvement
High-quality, consultant-sourced opportunities with strong conversion rates
Consistent, relevant pipeline generated through VC relationships without becoming a distraction
