Role Overview

Oscilar is hiring an Ecosystem Partnerships Lead to own and scale our global consulting and VC partner ecosystem.

This is a senior, externally facing individual contributor role responsible for defining and executing our consultant-led partnership strategy, while leveraging VC relationships as a secondary growth channel.

You will own relationships with consulting firms advising banks, fintechs, and financial institutions on fraud, AML, onboarding, and risk modernization, and position Oscilar as a strategic platform within consultant-led deals. This role requires strong judgment, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to operate independently at the Partner and Managing Director level.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and execute Oscilar’s consulting partnerships strategy, with VC relationships as a secondary channel

  • Build and manage senior relationships with consulting firms, system integrators, and advisory partners

  • Define and enforce engagement models including referral, co-sell, re-sell, and enablement

  • Drive consultant-sourced pipeline and revenue, influencing deal strategy across RFPs and transformation programs

  • Partner closely with Sales on deal ownership, incentives, and execution

  • Track and improve partner performance across pipeline quality, conversion, and deal velocity

  • Leverage VC relationships to drive portfolio introductions and strategic visibility without overextending resources

  • Build and deliver partner enablement materials, messaging, and use cases

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product on thought leadership and market positioning

  • Represent Oscilar in executive briefings, partner meetings, and industry events

  • Exercise strong judgment in prioritizing engagements, managing scope, and maintaining boundaries with partners

What You’ll Bring
  • 7–10+ years of experience in partnerships, consulting alliances, or advisory-led GTM roles

  • Direct experience working with or within consulting firms (Big 4, regional, or boutique)

  • Ability to operate effectively with senior stakeholders (Partners, Managing Directors, Principals)

  • Strong independent judgment and ability to make decisions in ambiguous environments

  • Proven track record of driving partner-influenced or partner-sourced revenue

  • Clear, confident communicator across internal and external audiences

  • Experience working within enterprise sales environments and complex deal cycles

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience engaging with venture capital firms or portfolio-driven GTM strategies

  • Background in fintech, banking, payments, fraud, AML, or risk/compliance technology

  • Experience supporting international or regional expansion efforts

  • Familiarity with regulated industries and enterprise buyers

What Success Looks Like
  • Clear ownership and structure across all consultant partnerships

  • Reduced leadership overhead required to manage consultant and VC interactions

  • Consultants confidently positioning Oscilar without constant internal involvement

  • High-quality, consultant-sourced opportunities with strong conversion rates

  • Consistent, relevant pipeline generated through VC relationships without becoming a distraction

  • Trusted internal owner for all consultant and VC-related strategy

Benefits and Other Perks

Compensation: Competitive salary and equity packages, including a 401k plan
Flexibility: Remote-first culture
Health: 100% employer-covered comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance (US)
Balance: Unlimited PTO policy
Culture: Family-friendly environment with regular team events and offsites
Development: Strong learning and professional development opportunities
Impact: Help make the internet safer by protecting online transactions
