As a Partnership Enablement Intern, you'll support the development of scalable, effective training experiences and sales content that help our team connect schools, districts, and educators with our solutions.
Position Dates: June 16, 2025 - August 29, 2025
In this role you will get to:
- Assist in designing and developing engaging, instructional sales training materials using adult learning principles and best practices in instructional design
- Help build interactive learning assets such as slide decks, eLearning modules, video scripts, and assessments for onboarding and continuous training
- Collaborate with subject matter experts across Sales, Product, and Marketing to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and aligned to business goals
- Support the organization and execution of virtual and live training sessions, workshops, and webinars
- Maintain and update sales playbooks, onboarding guides, and resource libraries
- Conduct needs assessments and gather feedback from sales reps to improve training effectiveness
- Help administer content within a Learning Management System (LMS) or sales enablement platform
- Conduct competitive and market research to support sales strategy development

- Currently pursuing a degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Education, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Basic understanding of instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, etc.) and adult learning theory
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Comfortable learning new tools, such as learning authoring tools, CRMs, or enablement platforms
A plus if you have...
- Experience with eLearning tools (Articulate, Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, etc.)
- Exposure to a CRM or sales enablement/LMS tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Seismic, Lessonly)
- Interest or experience in EdTech, K–12 education, or higher ed markets
- Prior internship or project work in instructional design or corporate learning

Anticipated Schedule: June 16, 2025 - August 29, 2025 | 12 hours per week
Compensation: A reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position is $15 USD per hour. This compensation is specific to the United States and it incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
