Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Partner Success Manager based in Texas to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with our strategic partners across the state, supporting them from onboarding through renewal.

This position is ideal for someone with a hustle mentality and a passion for education. It is a hybrid role, and the candidate must be based in Texas, as the position requires frequent in-person visits to customer sites. Availability outside of standard business hours, including some evenings and weekends, may occasionally be required to support partner needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with strategic partners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, support, and engagement.
  • Conduct regular onsite visits to assess satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Design and implement effective onboarding processes for new partners.
  • Execute a partner success strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Identify opportunities for partner growth, collaboration, and retention.
  • Deliver comprehensive training and resources to ensure successful product adoption.
  • Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Analyze partner data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Generate detailed reports on partner performance and success metrics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Provide support in resolving customer issues across the broader partner base.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a preschool or elementary school teacher, preferably in a public school setting.
  • Proven track record of initiative, grit, and self-motivation; resilient in the face of challenges.
  • Passionate advocate for early childhood education.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills—your customers love working with you.
  • Strong analytical abilities with experience interpreting and acting on partner data.
  • Highly organized and eager to explore new tools for project and task management.
  • Preferred: experience in customer success, client services, or account coordination — ideally within education or edtech

Salary: Total compensation of $70,000–$75,000, plus bonus, stock options, and full benefits.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary, plus bonus
  • Equity through stock options
  • Hybrid and flexible schedule.
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance.
  • 401K plan with matching.
  • 3 weeks of paid vacation.
  • Winter Break during Christmas & New Year
  • Family-friendly environment and culture that values work-life balance.
  • Access to learning and growth opportunities.
  • Meaningful work supporting early childhood development.
