Why This Role is Exciting
This is not a traditional partner marketing role — we're looking for a GRC practitioner who has lived the challenges our customers face and can translate that experience into compelling joint narratives with our strategic alliance partners. As Partner Solutions Marketing Manager, you'll be the technical and product expert bridging AuditBoard's product capabilities with Big 4 consulting firms like EY and Deloitte, mid-tier firms like RSM and Protiviti, and technology partners. You'll design and execute co-marketing campaigns and joint solutions that address specific market challenges, drive demand generation, and deliver measurable ROI for both parties.
This is a remote-friendly role with approximately 10-15% travel for partner events.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport GTM planning and launch execution for new joint solutions and partner programs in collaboration with Product, Sales, and Alliance teams
Execute co-marketing plans aligned to quarterly themes (e.g., Compliance Transformation, Connected Risk, AI Governance)
Drive leads and referrals through partner channels to meet team pipeline and revenue objectives
Define the "better together" narrative, messaging, and positioning for strategic partnerships and technical integrations across the audit, risk, compliance, and InfoSec market
Leverage practitioner experience to ensure messaging resonates with target personas (CAEs, CROs, CISOs, compliance leaders)
Develop comprehensive sales enablement resources including joint pitch decks, playbooks, solution briefs, training materials, and webinars
Create "campaigns in a box" that partners can execute with minimal lift while maintaining quality and brand consistency
Serve as the internal and external expert on the technical advantages and use cases enabled by our partner ecosystem
Contribute to partner-focused competitive intelligence efforts, ensuring teams can effectively communicate differentiation against competitive offerings
Operate effectively in a matrix environment, collaborating across internal teams (Product, Sales, Marketing) and external partner marketing teams
Practitioner background required: 3-5 years in professional services, consulting (Big 4 or mid-tier preferred), or in-house GRC roles (internal audit, SOX compliance, enterprise risk management, or information security compliance)
Deep understanding of client challenges in the GRC space, you've either solved these problems firsthand or helped clients solve them
Some experience in a marketing, enablement, or go-to-market capacity (partner marketing, product marketing, sales enablement, or consulting practice development)
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting complex information to various stakeholders (internal teams, partners, C-level prospects)
Execution: Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality
Initiative: Self-starter who proactively identifies opportunities, surfaces risks early, and drives initiatives forward with minimal direction
Nice to have: Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce), Marketing Automation Platforms (Marketo/HubSpot), and PRM technologies
Nice to have: Experience with GRC software platforms (AuditBoard, Workiva, ServiceNow GRC, or similar)
Our Company Values
Customer obsession: Apply relentless focus on listening to and understanding customers as the core of everything we do
Win, together: Drive to be the best while supporting each other’s success
Gritty resilience: Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, balancing immediate priorities with big-picture strategic goals
Personal improvement: Stay eager to share insights, seek feedback, and continuously learn
Constant innovation: Challenge the status quo and drive improvements
