POSITION SUMMARY

Broadvoice is hiring a Partner Sales Manager to ensure the deals our partners bring in are quoted, priced and closed. We sell our AI-powered contact center and communications solutions through a partner network, and that partner deal flow is high-volume, fast-moving and urgent.

While our Channel Managers focus on finding and growing the right partners, you’ll set pricing within approved limits and keep partner reps selling. Along the way, you’ll gain front-line experience selling AI technology, with a clear path to promotion within Channel Sales. This role comes with a base salary, commissions, plus benefits.

The challenge: requests arrive in high volume, all marked urgent, so you’ll need to prioritize every day. You’ll also cover for Channel Managers when they’re out, picking up their partner deal flow on short notice.

Success looks like 100+ accurate quotes in your first three months and 20 partners actively selling with you by month six with turnaround fast enough that partner reps come to you first.

This is a remote role based in the US Central or Eastern time zone, with up to 15% travel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Turn partner and customer requests into accurate quotes and proposals, in a timely manner.
  • Drive a high volume of deals alongside partner reps from quote to signature, setting pricing and discounts within approved limits.
  • Review partner orders before submission so accounts activate cleanly, without rework.
  • Manage a growing book of newly activated accounts with the partner rep, handling adds, changes and follow-up so accounts stay active and grow.
  • Engage reps at assigned partners and help them quote and sell Broadvoice’s AI-powered CX solutions.
  • Determine partner eligibility for SPIFs based on program rules.
  • Serve as backup for Channel Managers during absences, keeping their partner deals moving without interruption.

QUALIFICATIONS

What you need

  • Detail-oriented
  • Highly organized
  • B2B sales or sales-support experience building quotes and proposals for business customers.
  • Experience selling or supporting the sale of telecom, UCaaS (cloud phone systems) or CCaaS (cloud contact center) solutions.
  • Account management experience: keeping existing business accounts active, growing and renewing after the sale.
  • Based in the US Central or Eastern time zone and able to travel up to 15% of the time.
  • Channel sales experience: selling through partners, agents or resellers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills

Nice to have (we’ll teach the rest)

  • Experience independently closing deals in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment, including making pricing and discount decisions
  • Salesforce or another CRM experience
  • B2B SaaS experience

Don’t check every box? If you meet most of the requirements above, we’d still like to hear from you.
