As a Field Sales Enablement Manager at Nokia, you will serve as the primary enablement liaison for a major channel partner, fostering strong relationships with their sales leadership and field teams. You will collaborate closely with a dynamic team that is passionate about expanding our partner ecosystem and maximizing revenue opportunities. In this role, you will define engagement strategies, create detailed account plans, and lead joint initiatives with partners to achieve sales targets. The work environment is collaborative and fast-paced, offering you the chance to engage in executive-level discussions, craft marketing strategies, and develop enablement programs that empower our partners. Your efforts will directly contribute to our overall growth and in the rural broadband market, making you an integral part of our mission to shape the future of connectivity and technology solutions.
 

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute target sales account plans with the partner in the rural broadband space.
  • Define and coordinate joint marketing activities and ensure alignment with Field Marketing.
  • Achieve targeted Order Intake and revenue growth through strategic partner engagements.
  • Collaborate on joint selling efforts, aligning Nokia teams and resources to close business.
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners through regular QBRs, pipeline reviews, and strategic discussions.
  • Provide insights through competitive analysis and win-loss reviews to inform decision-making.
  • Report on pipeline forecasts, business scorecards, and KPI tracking to internal stakeholders. functional teams or projects with manageable risks and resource requirements.
     
Qualifications

You have:

  • 7+ years of experience in sales with expertise in direct and channel selling

  • Strong sales management skills and strategic approaches to achieving objectives
  • Proven track record in broadband sales and business development.
  • Strong understanding of the US broadband market, with specific knowledge of rural broadband challenges, technologies (Fiber, Fixed Wireless Access), and funding mechanisms excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools, particularly Salesforce
  • Willingness to travel 25-50%

 

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Experience in building and driving partner competence development plans
  • Capability to manage executive relationships and conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
