Job Description:

We’re looking for a highly skilled, tech-savvy Partner Marketing Specialist with a strong background in content creation, localization, and AI-driven tools. In this role, you’ll be a key player in building scalable, partner-ready content and campaigns.  Deep partner experience is nice to have but not required. We’re prioritizing skills, creativity, and agility over traditional channel marketing experience.
This role is perfect for someone who excels at transforming complex information into compelling narratives, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants to shape how partners engage with our brand and offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Transformation
Rewrite, reorganize, and adapt internal content into partner-ready formats
Use AI tools to convert text into engaging video, localized assets, or presentation-ready content
Collaborate with Product teams to craft clear, customer-facing materials and presentations
Campaign & Program Support
Assist partners in developing go-to-market programs and custom incentives
Support aggregators by co-developing messaging and IMS narratives they can articulate confidently
Route leads, trials, and campaigns to partners, ensuring prompt and accurate follow-through
Partner Engagement & Enablement
Work with the Broadcom Program team to manage and update the Partner Portal with the latest IMS content, tools, and assets
Coordinate event content, agendas, and logistics with partners
Facilitate Office Hours participation and drive consistent community engagement
Storytelling & Video Content
Work cross-functionally to produce and publish customer stories and video case studies
Drive content localization efforts across regions and languages
Competitive & Market Insight
Track basic competitive positioning for focus products
Rewrite and distribute release notes and updates to partners in a digestible format
Support operations with market analysis to inform partner strategy

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Exceptional writing, editing, and content transformation skills
Experience using AI content tools (e.g., for video creation, text generation, localization)
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Field resources, and Partner teams
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Working knowledge of marketing operations and campaign analytics
Familiarity with tools like Google Suite and video editing platforms
Experience supporting marketing or B2B campaigns
Background in event coordination or community management
Experience with customer advocacy or storytelling programs
Bachelor's and 12+ years of related experience

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $106,900 - $171,000

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
