Join us as we revolutionize video understanding and multimodal AI.

About the Role

TwelveLabs is seeking a dynamic Partner Marketing Manager to join our growing GTM team to help execute and scale our growing partner ecosystem. Reporting to the Partner Marketing lead, this role is focused on bringing our partner marketing programs to life — from building and running campaigns to creating content and coordinating events. You'll be hands-on in building processes, driving execution, and collaborating with some of the most innovative companies in AI and cloud. This is a unique opportunity to make a direct impact on TwelveLabs’ partner motion in a high-growth environment, while working alongside world-class partners like AWS, NVIDIA, Snowflake, and Databricks.

In this role, you will
  • Execute partner marketing campaigns and programs that drive awareness, adoption, and pipeline in collaboration with technology partners, resellers, and system integrators

  • Develop co-branded and partner-related content, including solution briefs, case studies, one-pagers, pitch decks, blog posts, and email copy

  • Coordinate partner communications, including newsletters, event updates, and partner onboarding materials

  • Support partner event marketing by managing logistics, timelines, and deliverables for partner-hosted or co-sponsored events

  • Help operationalize the partner ecosystem program, supporting enablement materials and partner portal content

  • Track campaign and content performance, reporting results to internal stakeholders and recommending optimizations

You may be a good fit if you have
  • 3–5 years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, demand generation or product marketing— preferably in a B2B tech or SaaS environment

  • Proven ability to execute end-to-end campaigns with or through partners

  • Strong content creation and editing skills, especially with customer-facing or co-branded marketing assets

  • Detail-oriented project management chops — you know how to keep partners and internal teams aligned and on schedule

  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot) and possibly partner portals or PRMs. You use data and metrics to inform decisions and optimize marketing efforts for better results

  • A bias for action in fast-paced environments – you thrive in a startup setting, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and are resourceful in overcoming challenges.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Domain knowledge in AI or developer technologies – familiarity with these technical personas will help you craft more resonant partner marketing messages.

  • Experience working with cloud partners (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure), ISVs, or hardware vendors (e.g. NVIDIA) to craft better together stories

  • Comfort working with design and content vendors to deliver campaigns or collateral

Benefits and Perks

🤝 An open and inclusive culture and work environment.

🚀 Work closely with a collaborative, mission-driven team on cutting-edge AI technology.

🏥 Full health, dental, and vision benefits

✈️ Extremely flexible PTO and parental leave policy. Office closed the week of Christmas and New Years.
