  • Business Development Enablement & Marketing Fulfillment: Serving as the central hub for co-marketing, equipping BD with the materials and marketing support needed to secure partnerships, then owning delivery of the marketing commitments agreed to after signature.
  • Project & Program Management: Owning timelines, deliverables, dependencies, approvals, and follow-ups across complex partner initiatives, proactively resolving blockers and adapting to shifting priorities while maintaining speed and quality.

  • Co-Marketing Review & Approval: Managing the review process across Marketing, Growth, Direct Response, and Partnerships, ensuring all partner-facing materials are accurate, polished, aligned with joint GTM priorities, and appropriately approved before release.
  • Partner Brand Governance: Maintaining a central source of truth for partner commitments, brand guidelines, logo usage permissions and restrictions, and approval requirements across markets, ensuring teams use current information.
  • AI Partnership & GTM Execution: Supporting partner marketing for AI products and offerings, coordinating internal teams and partners on joint messaging, marketing deliverables, and GTM execution.
  • AI-Forward Operations: Using AI tools to streamline workflows, accelerate content development, improve organization, and scale partner marketing execution while validating outputs for accuracy and quality.
  • Operational Inputs & Reporting: Partnering with Operations and Data Science teams to support monthly business reviews, pipeline tracking, and partner performance reporting, using insights to identify improvements and inform future initiatives.

What Success Looks Like
