The Partner Marketing Coordinator will create and manage co-marketing campaigns, engage stakeholders, and develop materials that highlight benefits for ranchers, aligning partnerships with key messaging and performance metrics.
We’re looking for an experienced Partner Marketing Coordinator to work closely with our core audience of ranchers as we continue expanding in the US. This person will be a co-marketing champion with experience working with partners across multiple marketing channels including, social, website, blogs, newsletters, email, events and product marketing materials.
You’ll help share the story of how a technology like Halter’s supports better land stewardship, improved profitability and smarter grazing management for ranchers You’ll work cross-functionally to create marketing programs, campaigns, and content that bring these partnerships to life while being the person connecting the dots between government programs and on-the-ground ranchers who benefit from them.
Key responsibilities:
- Partnership program promotion: Develop and execute co-marketing initiatives with government agencies, conservation groups, universities, and ranching associations to highlight shared goals and impact. Design and launch campaigns that promote Halter’s role in funding opportunities, research partnerships, conservation, and rangeland programs with clear, approachable materials that help ranchers understand eligibility, benefits, and how to get involved.
- Email, nurture & digital campaigns: Plan and execute targeted email campaigns and nurture sequences to engage key audiences that range from ranchers to program administrators. Use CRM tools (like HubSpot or Salesforce) to segment audiences, deliver relevant content, and track conversion.
- Webinars & events: Host and support rancher education webinars, field days, and virtual events in partnership with agencies and associations. Develop event content, manage logistics, and ensure smooth execution to highlight Halter’s value and partner collaboration. Work with extension groups, local ag industry organization and ranchers to expand further education and grant opportunities available to them.
- Advertising & awareness: Run co-branded advertising campaigns (digital, print, or event-based) that drive awareness and credibility among ranchers, agency stakeholders, and the broader agricultural community.
- Content & storytelling: Develop compelling partner case studies, co-authored blogs, and joint success stories. Translate complex policy programs and conservation initiatives into clear, relatable narratives that resonate with
- Channel partnership-focused: Actively search for new strategic, collaborative relationships and partners that are aligned with our goals and can share the value of Halter through their own channels, communities and platforms.
- Co-marketing enablement: Create toolkits, decks, and joint messaging guidelines to help partners share Halter’s story effectively through their own networks and channels. Work with additional channel marketing partners in various industries to build brand awareness in the ag industry.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Halter’s sales, product marketing, and government affairs teams to align messaging and ensure partners have the materials they need to succeed.
- Measurement & optimization: Track campaign performance, lead quality, and partner engagement. Use data to continuously refine strategy and demonstrate impact internally and externally.
Who we are looking for:
- Marketing acumen: You bring 2-4 years of experience in partner marketing, government marketing, or public-sector communications, ideally within agtech, sustainability, or rural industries. You understand how to bridge tech, policy, and human stories.
- Relationship-driven: You’re a connector who is comfortable managing partnerships with multiple stakeholders across agencies, associations, and private sector allies.
- Strategic & analytical: You can easily go from working towards the big picture, to getting in the weeds on project management, planning and detail execution. You’re driven by the data and often use insights to improve outcomes and track return.
- Proactive & independent: You thrive in a fast-paced, quickly-evolving environment. You take initiative, stay organized, and deliver results.
- Mission-minded: You care about agriculture, sustainability, ranching, animals, conservation, and rural communities, and want to use your marketing skills to make a real difference in these categories.
Bonus Experience (Nice to Have)
- Previous experience with ranching industry organizations, university programs, conservation groups, government agencies
- Familiarity with government funding programs or conservation initiatives
- Background in agriculture, grazing management, or public-land operations
- Strong copywriting and campaign management skills
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment
What Your Day Might Look Like
- Host a webinar with one of our conservation partners highlighting the value and benefits for ranches while working with agriculture industry professionals.
- Develop a partner spotlight video featuring a ranch using a partner resource, program or even cost-share funding to adopt Halter.
- Meet with the marketing and government affairs teams to plan Halter’s presence at a sustainability or agricultural conference. You may even lock in a speaking spot, or help build the content for a panel we’re hosting.
- Write a newsletter update highlighting how Halter supports federal wildfire recovery programs.
- Days on ranch for customer and field visits to gather feedback, strengthen relationships, and create content that resonates with your audience.
