Hex’s technology partner landscape is growing and we’re looking for a Partner Manager to own strategic partnerships.
About the role:
As a Partner Manager at Hex, you will directly impact Hex’s growth by working closely with a key strategic partner and our leadership team to build relationships and opportunities.
Hex’s partnerships are crucial for growth in the years to come. Our partners act as an extension of our GTM team to help build pipeline and increase brand awareness. We also have a ton of really unique integrations with our partners! Not to mention, that we’ve won a handful of Partner of the Year awards from incredible technology companies.
Our partnership team and motion has been growing steadily and we’re ready to invest deeply in strategic partnerships. We’re hiring a Partner Manager to continue to strengthen and grow the existing partner relationships we’ve built. This role will focus on supporting a single key strategic partner.
What you will do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our strategic technology partner, managing day-to-day communications, conducting weekly meetings, planning content roadmaps and joint events, and educating and leading enablement sessions.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure our value proposition and joint story with the strategic partner is crisp and differentiated. This includes partnering with Marketing to build customer case studies, solution briefs, and customer-facing joint content.
- Building strong relationships with senior partner leadership teams and partner field teams; and execute local field events.
- Partner with Hex’s leadership team to manage work-streams and leadership conversations.
- Manage and own communication between our strategic technology partner and our internal teams to ensure tasks and projects are moving forward.
- Track and measure performance of key metrics from the relationship including sourced pipeline, influenced pipeline, and pieces of joint content.
- Represent Hex at in-person conferences and events.
About You:
- 5+ years of experience in Partnerships or Sales in B2B SaaS.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Detail oriented and experience managing lengthly projects.
- Strategic problem-solver.
- Previous track record of successfully managing and owning partner relationships that drive new business, pipeline, and increased brand awareness is a plus.
- Experience in the data industry is a must!

The on-target-earnings (OTE) for this role is: $180,000 - $220,000.
The salary range shown may be a reflection of additional factors such as geographical location and skill ranges/levels we’re open to. Placement in the salary range will be decided upon completion of the interview process, taking into account factors like leaving room for growth, internal fairness & parity, your demonstrated skills, and the depth of your experience.
