Job Description

We're looking for a Partner Leader to join our High Velocity Sales team and lead strategic partnership with Distributors / Software Resellers. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional with a builder's mentality to reshape and grow a critical alliance from the ground up. You will be instrumental in defining our joint go-to-market strategy, driving co-sell opportunities, and enabling our field teams to succeed. This role requires a blend of business acumen, experience, technical understanding, and exceptional relationship-building skills.

You will report to the Director, Global High Velocity Sales and work on a hybrid basis in one of our USA sites.

Your Responsibilities;

  • Strategy & GTM: Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market plan for the Distributors / Software Resellers partnership across NA. Identify key target industries, use cases, and joint solutions.

  • Relationship Management: Develop strong, executive-level relationships with partners at Distributors / Software Resellers, including sales leadership, product teams, and alliance counterparts. Proactively build trust-based relationships across both internal, Distributors / Software Resellers stakeholders and mutual RA Ecosystem Partners.

  • Pipeline Generation: Drive joint pipeline and revenue growth through co-selling, co-marketing initiatives, and strategic account mapping. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partnerships.

  • Field Enablement: Act as the primary liaison between our sales teams and Distributors / Software Resellers' field organizations. Equip our sales reps with the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to effectively sell with Distributors / Software Resellers.

  • Work with regional Fiix-HVS and Distributors / Software Resellers marketing teams to execute compelling marketing programs that highlight the value of Fiix and Fiix + RA joint solutions

  • Program Management: Lead the daily operational cadence of the partnership, including regular business reviews, QBRs, and internal reporting.

  • Thought Leadership: Represent the partnership at industry events, conferences, and internal meetings.

  • Work with Global Fiix colleagues along with teams from the AMERICAS, EMEA and APAC who are aligned with the Distributors / Software Resellers partnership to achieve annual sales targets

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

  • The ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • 10+ years of experience in alliance management, partner development, or business development, with a focus on enterprise software.

  • Prior background in CMMS software and SaaS.

  • You have proven recent experience working directly with Distributors / Software Resellers in an alliance or partnership capacity. You understand Distributors / Software Resellers' ecosystem, organizational structure, and go-to-market motions. 3+ years of experience working Distributors / Software Resellers as a partner

  • You have a builder's mentality, comfortable with ambiguity and eager to create something new. You are a self-starter who will achieve results.

  • You understand data platforms, cloud technology, and the analytics landscape. You are a data driven thinker.

  • You are an exceptional communicator and presenter, able to articulate complex value propositions to diverse audiences.

  • You are a highly collaborative team player who can influence internal and external teams without authority.

  • This role will require some travel as we build and grow partnerships.

  • History of success in working with cross-functional team members, including Sales, Sales Engineering, Finance, Marketing and Programs.

For this role, the Base Salary Compensation is from $160,160.00 - $240,240.00. Our benefits for the US can be found here. Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education, and experience.

This position is part of a job family. Experience will be the determining factor for position level and compensation.
