Come build with us. Join the journey. Shape the future of auto repair.

Working the Tekmetric Way

At Tekmetric, we’re building a culture where winning matters - not for ego, but because when our customers win, we win together.

We move fast, stay curious, and take full ownership of our results — no excuses, no finger-pointing. If you thrive in ambiguity, take initiative, and view honest feedback as fuel for growth, you’ll feel right at home here.

We’re direct but respectful, ambitious yet grounded, and collaborative at every level. Everyone leads through impact and is encouraged to speak up, share ideas, and challenge assumptions (even your manager’s). This is a place for builders, not bystanders.

Success here takes focus, follow-through, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves — but if you’re driven by meaningful work and real results, it’s deeply rewarding. You’ll join a team that cares about the work, supports one another, and takes smart risks to achieve bold goals. Be yourself, stay mission-focused, and you’ll thrive. If that energizes you, we can’t wait to meet you.

At Tekmetric, great work happens anywhere, but great teams are built through intentional connection. We offer hybrid and remote work models based on your proximity to our office hubs. Because we value in-person collaboration, travel is an expected part of every role. We come together several times a year for team and company-wide offsites to align on goals and strengthen relationships. Attendance at these events is expected and fully supported.

About the Role:

The Partner Activation & Growth Manager turns a signed partner agreement into a measurable customer acquisition channel. This role owns the full activation journey — from partner access to demand creation to revenue — and sits at the intersection of partner strategy and field execution.

The focus of this role is not simply enabling the partner. It is activating the partner's organization: identifying demand, creating demand, and facilitating access to buyers at the right moment.

Core Responsibilities
  • Build the activation playbook — Design and document the repeatable motion that moves a partner from signed agreement to active field production, including training, enablement, referral process, and joint field execution.
  • Get the activation motion off the ground — Own the initial setup, partner rep onboarding, and first plays that establish field production. Once the motion is running, transition day-to-day execution to the appropriate field/sales teams while remaining accountable for performance.
  • Own activation funnel performance — Manage the partnership as an acquisition funnel. Identify where demand is being lost between access and conversion, diagnose the cause, and fix it.
  • Build toward scale — Document every play, training, and activation motion so the model can scale to the next partner without starting from scratch.
Core Competencies
  • Commercial Activation — Translates a signed agreement into an acquisition strategy with defined plays, targets, owners, and timelines.
  • Field GTM Execution — Activates the partner's frontline reps to create and identify demand, not just manage the corporate relationship.
  • Partner Influence & Navigation — Creates action across executive, operational, and field levels without direct authority.
  • Data & Performance Orientation — Manages the partnership as a funnel: Access → Demand → Capture → Convert → Revenue.
Critical Attributes
  • Operator, not coordinator — Drives what needs to happen next without waiting for direction.
  • Commercially curious — Understands the partner's business model, rep incentives, and economics.
  • Highly influential — Creates action without owning the partner's organization.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity — Builds the playbook from scratch rather than waiting for one.
  • Field-oriented — Gets in market and works alongside frontline teams where necessary.
  • Outcome-focused — Measures success by demand access and new rooftops, not activity.
What Success Looks Like

Turn partner potential into partner production. Prove the activation model with a new strategic partner and build a repeatable motion that can scale across every partner that follows. Success is measured by production, not activity.

What You'll Bring
  • Experience in partner/channel management, field sales enablement, or GTM execution, ideally in a role that required activating a third-party sales force rather than only managing a corporate relationship.
  • A track record of building a process, playbook, or motion from scratch and documenting it well enough for others to run it.
  • Comfort operating across levels of a partner organization — executive, operational, and field — and driving action without formal authority.
  • A funnel mindset: ability to break a partnership down into access, demand, capture, convert, and revenue stages, and to diagnose where it's breaking.
  • Willingness to travel and work in-market alongside partner field teams as needed.
  • Experience standing up a new partnership or launch is a strong plus.
