Collaborate with Instructional Designers and subject matter experts to create, edit, and maintain partner-focused technical training documentation, manuals, and certification guides.
Develop engaging training and certification content, including manuals, online help, tutorials, and other instructional materials for partner audiences.
Ensure all partner certification documentation is accurate, clear, and consistent.
Incorporate feedback from partners and internal stakeholders to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness.
Maintain documentation standards and version control for all certification materials.
Assist in developing multimedia training components for partner onboarding and certification as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Technical Writing, Instructional Design, Communications, Technical Training, or Training Development.
Experience and proven examples of developing onboarding and certification content for partners.
Equivalent qualifications may include:
A minimum of 4 years of extensive experience in technical writing or instructional material development in lieu of a degree.
Professional certifications in technical writing or instructional design (e.g., STC Certified Professional Technical Communicator, ATD certifications).
Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical writing, training development, or related roles, preferably in partner enablement or certification.
A technical background or familiarity with software, systems, or technical processes is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language for partner audiences.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with authoring tools such as Rise 360, Camtasia, RoboHelp, Chat GPT, or similar.
Knowledge of e-learning platforms and tools (e.g., Articulate, Rise 360).
A basic understanding of industry standards like ACM, IEEE, or specific compliance requirements.
If you are passionate about creating impactful partner onboarding and certification content and thrive in a collaborative environment, we encourage you to apply.
