Role Summary
The Partner Enablement Manager is responsible for designing, building, and delivering high impact partner enablement programs that support Sophos Go-To-Market priorities in the European market. They partner closely with Channel, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure channel partners, distributors, MSP and MSSPs are ready to sell, position, and deliver Sophos solutions.
This role blends strong partner enablement experience, modern learning design, and practical knowledge of selling cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS solutions through the channel in European markets, translating strategy and Go-To-Market priorities into scalable, role-based learning and readiness experiences that drive partner confidence, adoption, and performance.
What You Will Do
- Design and deliver role-based enablement for partner sales, technical, and services audiences across distributors, resellers, MSPs, and MSSPs in EMEA
- Build structured learning journeys that support partner onboarding, ongoing readiness, and solution adoption
- Apply instructional design and adult learning principles to create engaging, skills focused learning experiences
- Develop enablement assets such as playbooks, toolkits, learning paths, workshops, and just in time resources
- Enable partners to effectively sell and deliver Sophos solutions
- Support MSP and MSSP business models including services led selling, recurring revenue, and customer lifecycle expansion
- Partner with regional Channel and Sales teams to align enablement to campaigns, launches, and priority partner initiatives
- Adapt global enablement content for EMEA market needs including regional routes to market and partner maturity
- Execute Learning Design and Content Development
- Own the end-to-end development of enablement content from needs analysis through design, build, and delivery
- Maintain content accuracy and relevance aligned to product updates, threat landscape changes, and GTM priorities
- Leverage enablement platforms and learning systems to deliver scalable partner learning experiences
- Incorporate feedback and performance data to continuously improve learning effectiveness
- Track enablement consumption, certification progress, and readiness indicators
- Partner with stakeholders to understand skill gaps and performance trends
- Use data and field feedback to refine programs and prioritize enablement investments

What You Will Bring
- 5 to 8 years of experience in partner enablement, learning and development, sales enablement, or channel focused roles
- Hands on experience enabling channel partners, distributors, and MSSPs in EMEA markets
- Solid understanding of indirect selling models and how vendors sell through partners
- Strong background in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS solutions
- Strong learning design capability with experience applying adult learning and instructional design best practices
- Proven ability to build practical, role-based enablement that supports real world selling and delivery
- Experience adapting global enablement for regional execution
- Experience working cross functionally with Channel, Sales, Product Marketing, and regional teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complexity into clear learning experiences
- German language, and/or Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese
- Experience supporting MSP or MSSP centric go to market motions
- Experience with enablement platforms, LMS or LXP systems, partner portals, and content authoring tools
