Position Description:

FlexGen is seeking a Partner Enablement Manager to manage and optimize the digital tools that power our global partner ecosystem. This role will be responsible for the administration and continuous improvement of the partner portal and proposal management platform, ensuring partners and internal stakeholders have seamless access to accurate, up-to-date resources that accelerate collaboration and deal development.

The ideal candidate is a system-minded problem solver with a strong attention to detail and a passion for creating structure and efficiency within complex workflows. This person will play a critical role in maintaining data integrity, improving user experience, and supporting the operational backbone of FlexGen’s global partnership network.


Major Job Responsibilities:

 Portal Management

  • Administer and maintain the FlexGen partner portal
  • Ensure accurate organization of partner resources (presentations, case studies, pricing sheets, specifications, etc.)
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Product teams to update materials and maintain version control
  • Manage user access, permissions, and portal structure to ensure an intuitive user experience

Proposal Tool Management

  • Serve as the primary administrator for FlexGen’s proposal automation and quoting tool
  • Maintain content libraries, templates, and standardized proposal components
  • Configure workflows, approval processes, and integrations with CRM, partner portal, and pricing systems
  • Collaborate with Product and IT teams to coordinate updates, enhancements, and data synchronization
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency across all proposal materials

Partnership Process Support

  • Align tool functionality and content with the needs of the Global Partnerships team
  • Track and report platform usage, performance metrics, and system adoption
  • Identify and implement opportunities for automation, standardization, and efficiency improvements
  • Serve as a key liaison between Partnerships, Sales Operations, Marketing, and IT


Position Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of experience in sales operations, partner enablement, or business systems management
  • Hands-on experience with sales or partner tools (portal, proposal automation, or quoting platforms)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proven ability to manage version control and ensure content accuracy
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and understanding of workflow automation or integrations
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
