About NinjaTech

NinjaTech builds SuperNinja Enterprise, an agent platform that enterprises deploy inside their own cloud. Our agents run 24/7, carry persistent context across long tasks, and execute multi-step work end to end. We are partnered with and backed by Infosys, a strategic investor and channel partner helping us bring SuperNinja to enterprise customers at scale.

The role

We are hiring our first Partner Enablement Manager to own enablement for the Infosys partnership. Infosys is both an investor and a strategic go-to-market partner, so this role is foundational: you will build the enablement engine that lets Infosys's sales and services teams confidently position, sell, deploy, and support SuperNinja. You turn our product, positioning, and proof points into partner-ready assets, training, and certification, and you make sure the field can execute without us in the room.

What you'll do
  • Own the end-to-end Infosys enablement program: onboarding, training, certification, and ongoing readiness for partner sales, solution, and delivery teams.

  • Build and maintain partner-facing collateral: pitch decks, battlecards, objection handling, demo scripts, ROI narratives, and implementation playbooks.

  • Design and run enablement sessions (live and on-demand) and stand up a certification path so Infosys teams can qualify and progress opportunities independently.

  • Operate the "second line / first line" model: equip Infosys to be first line with their customers while we back them as second line, and close the loop on what the field needs.

  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Solutions Engineering to keep enablement current as the product and roadmap evolve.

  • Stand up and own the partner portal / knowledge base and keep it the single source of truth.

  • Define and track enablement KPIs: partner certification rates, pipeline influenced, deal velocity, and win rates on partner-sourced opportunities.

  • Run joint GTM motions with Infosys (co-selling, events, webinars) and feed field learnings back into positioning.

What you'll bring
  • 5+ years in partner/channel enablement, sales enablement, or solutions consulting, ideally in enterprise B2B software, AI, or cloud.

  • Proven track record building enablement programs for a systems integrator, consultancy, or large channel partner.

  • Strong writer and communicator: you can turn technical depth into crisp, field-ready messaging.

  • Comfort with technical, platform-level products (AI/agents, cloud deployment, enterprise security) and the ability to learn fast.

  • A builder's mindset: you are the first hire in this function and will define how it operates.

  • Experience with a global SI partner (Infosys, Accenture, Deloitte, TCS, Wipro, etc.) is a strong plus.

Success looks like
  • Infosys teams certified and self-sufficient in positioning and scoping SuperNinja.

  • A living enablement library that the field actually uses.

  • Measurable partner-sourced pipeline and faster deal cycles.
