The Partner Enablement & Experience Manager plays a crucial role in empowering our partners to effectively represent and deliver our products/services. You are responsible for designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive training programs and resources, that drive partner success and contribute to overall business growth. A key aspect of this role is educating our partners and internal sales teams on partner programs and processes to ensure effective collaboration and maximize partner engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of partner ecosystems, excellent communication and training skills, and the ability to work effectively cross-functionally. The Partner Enablement & Experience Manager will report to the Senior Director, Partner Acceleration Office.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective training programs for partners on sales methodologies and best practices.

  • Create and deliver training and communication materials related to new and updated partner programs and processes for both internal sales teams and external partners.

  • Create and utilize a variety of formats, including presentations, webinars, quick videos, how-to documents, and other appropriate mediums to ensure effective communication and knowledge transfer.

  • Develop and curate resources, tools, and platforms to support partner enablement, including knowledge bases, FAQs, best practice guides, and sales playbooks.

  • Maintain a partner portal to facilitate knowledge sharing, collaboration, and communication.

  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure alignment of partner enablement initiatives with overall business strategy.

  • Work with product marketing to ensure training materials are aligned with product updates and releases.

  • Partner with Global Alliances & Channels leadership to understand partner needs and priorities and internal sales training requirements related to partners.

  • Establish KPIs, conduct needs assessments, track and analyze training completion, partner performance, and other relevant data/feedback to identify trends, insights, and improvement areas for continuous program enhancement.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in partner enablement, training, sales, or a related field

  • Demonstrated success in developing and delivering training programs in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in a channel sales environment is highly desirable with a strong understanding of partner ecosystems and channel sales models.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies.

  • Proven ability to work effectively cross-functionally, build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, while working independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Data-driven mindset with experience in measuring and reporting on program effectiveness.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience utilizing AI models and tools to create and enhance learning materials and enablement resources.

  • Tech/SaaS/Software industry experience

Compensation:

Alteryx is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation.

The base salary range for this role is between $120,000 - $160,000 factoring in locations such as New York, California, Texas, DC, North Carolina, and Florida. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as your relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location. 

In addition, you may be eligible for other compensation, such as a bonus. Employees may also be eligible for a wide range of other benefits, including medical, retirement, financial, wellness, time off, employee discounts, and others.
