- Define and own the enablement framework for Partner Success and partner-facing CS motions
- Translate Partner Success strategy into structured learning journeys
- Create role-based learning paths for Partner Success Managers and Partner-led CS teams
- Align enablement with GTM priorities, product roadmap, and partner tiers
- Build scalable onboarding programs for new Partner Success Managers
- Create partner-facing training for adoption, renewal, churn prevention, and expansion motions, leveraging Zoom CS training and content
Develop playbooks for:
- Onboarding and success planning
- Adoption and activation
- Risk identification and churn mitigation
- Renewals and expansion
- Produce content across formats: LMS courses, live workshops, certifications, guides, toolkits
- Own training on Zoom CS tooling (e.g., PARi, health dashboards, AI tooling)
- Build enablement around customer telemetry, health scoring, and usage insights
- Ensure partners and internal teams understand how to operationalize data into action
- Build scalable partner enablement programs aligned to partner maturity levels
- Design certification and accreditation paths for partner CS teams
- Enable partners on Zoom products, success frameworks, and lifecycle motions
- Partner with Partner Marketing and Programs to launch and scale partner learning initiatives
- Translate product launches into Partner Success–ready enablement
- Act as the enablement voice of Partner Success across Zoom
Define enablement success metrics tied to:
- Adoption and activation
- Renewal and churn
- Time-to-productivity for new hires and partners
- Analyze performance data and iterate programs continuously
- Gather feedback from Partner Success Managers and partners to improve learning
- Time-to-Productivity for new Partner Success Managers
- Partner and PSM certification completion rates
- Adoption of enablement content and tools
- Partner-led adoption and activation rates
- Renewal and churn trends influenced by enablement
- Partner satisfaction with training and readiness
- 5+ years in Enablement, Training, Customer Success, Partner Programs, or Revenue Enablement
- Experience building learning programs for customer-facing or partner-facing teams
- Proven ability to design structured onboarding and continuous learning programs
- Strong instructional design and content development skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, CS, Sales, and Programs
- Strong project management and execution capabilities
- Experience with SaaS, collaboration, or UCaaS platforms
- Experience enabling channel partners, resellers, or MSPs
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and enablement tooling
- Background in Customer Success, Partner Success, or GTM roles
- Experience building certification or accreditation programs
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$97,600.00Maximum:
$225,700.00In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
