The Partner Strategy & Transformation team plays a crucial role in executing a comprehensive plan in collaboration with key leaders and teams, aiming to create significant business impact for Atlassian customers.
This pivotal position reports directly to the Head of Partner Strategy & Transformation and works closely with the Partner Solutions, Programs, Marketing, and Enablement teams to formulate effective activation strategies. The Partner Activation Manager is tasked with developing, implementing, and driving a modern, global, and comprehensive activation framework that accelerates partners' time to market with Atlassian.
Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $193,500 - $258,000
Zone B: $174,200 - $232,200
Zone C: $160,600 - $214,100
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

The Partner Activation Manager is tasked with developing, implementing, and driving a modern, global, and comprehensive activation framework that accelerates partners' time to market with Atlassian.
- Partner with Field Leaders to establish and implement a measurable, detailed Activation Framework. This framework should guide partners from onboarding to active selling and delivery readiness, addressing both Scaled Enablement and New Product to Partner Activation strategies.
- Work closely with the Partner Leadership team to define and map ideal partner profiles and personas. This will help tailor activation journeys to key capabilities and use cases.
- Develop and execute comprehensive plans that outline resources, milestones, key performance indicators, and benchmarks aimed at enhancing partner activation performance objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams-including marketing, sales, enablement, programs, and partner field-to align activation efforts. Identify and create training, marketing, communication, and incentive resources to effectively activate partners across global markets.
- Continuously refine and adapt the framework based on internal and external feedback loops to enhance partner satisfaction and reduce time to market.
- 7+ years experience in partners and alliances at an enterpris years experience in partners and alliances at an enterprise SaaS company
- Proven results from developing and implementing cross functional frameworks for at-scale companies
- Deep knowledge of the partner lifecycle and experience recruiting, activating and growing new partnerships for enterprise SaaS
- Strong collaborator and communicator with a history of connecting teams to deliver
