About the role

The Hyperscaler Partner Account Manager (PAM) at Builder.ai plays a crucial role in developing and nurturing our strategic partnerships – aiming to extend Builder.ai’s market presence within the hyperscaler ecosystems through co-selling and marketplace. This individual leads efforts to align our alliance strategies with Builder.ai’s business goals, creating and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships, and contributing to revenue growth and market expansion. This involves a deep understanding of Builder.ai’s offerings, identifying new business development opportunities, the ability to work across global teams, and managing the day-to-day execution and operations of the partnerships.

You'll be responsible for

  • Driving execution of joint business plan(s) that align with the specific co-sell needs and opportunities to increase pipeline, revenue, and overall market adoption of Builder.ai solutions within the hyperscaler ecosystem
  • Facilitating co-selling and fostering strong collaboration between hyperscaler(s) and Builder.ai sales teams during the sales process, ensuring strategies are aligned, driving smooth collaboration of qualified leads and opportunities for further development, identifying additional accounts of opportunity for co-selling, and management of co-sell operations
  • Actively identifying and developing relationships within hyperscaler leadership and sales teams that are aligned to Builder.ai’s strategic objectives and business goals, ensuring these relationships are cultivated for long-term success and mutual growth
  • Providing ongoing in-depth training and education to internal teams at Builder.ai and hyperscaler sellers to enhance their understanding of our partnership, effectively engaging in co-selling, leveraging marketplace, and jointly delivering value to our clients
  • Working collaboratively with the marketing department to design and implement marketing campaigns, sales plays, and events specifically tailored for the hyperscaler ecosystem – sellers, customers, and partners – aiming to maximize engagement, lead generation, and brand visibility
  • Regularly analyzing partner performance metrics and market feedback to adapt and refine partnership strategies, ensuring goals are met and relationships continue to thrive
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience of at least 1-3 years in partner account management or channel sales within the B2B and SaaS industries, with a proven track record of fostering productive partner relationships and achieving growth objectives
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build strong relationships with partners at all levels, from operational teams to executive management
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with a history of developing partner strategies that align with company objectives and drive mutual success
  • Advanced analytical abilities, with the competence to evaluate partnership performance against key metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance partnership contributions to business objectives
  • A collaborative and team-oriented approach, with experience working across multiple departments to ensure a unified strategy and execution for partner programs, and the ability to foster a positive working relationship with both internal teams and external partners

 is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, stock options, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in Denver, the estimated total compensation (including base salary and discretionary incentive pay) for this role is $120,000 - $130,000 per year.
