About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Paralegal Manager to lead a cross-functional team of paralegals across multiple client accounts. You'll own operational workflows, SLA compliance, and team performance while serving as the connective tissue between clients, attorneys, and internal stakeholders. This role is equal parts people leadership and process excellence — ideal for someone who improves how legal work gets done, not just that it gets done.

What You’ll Do
  • Train, review, and mentor a team of paralegals across multiple client accounts

  • Design and refine scalable workflows tailored to client-specific immigration processes

  • Partner with attorneys to ensure timely case processing and proactive risk mitigation

  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients, legal teams, and internal stakeholders

  • Drive training initiatives for new paralegals on legal tech, documentation, and workflows

  • Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions aligned with internal KPIs and client SLAs

  • Standardize process documentation to support collaboration across geographies

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

  • 8+ years of paralegal experience, including high-volume, multi-case-type environments

  • Demonstrated experience managing or mentoring other paralegals

  • Proven ability to design and improve operational workflows at scale

  • Experience ensuring SLA compliance and tracking performance metrics

  • Comfort using case management systems and generating compliance reports

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience in immigration law

  • Enthusiasm for adopting and implementing legal technology solutions

This is for you if....

You thrive making complex legal operations faster, cleaner, and more consistent. You lead teams by developing people, not just managing output. You want ownership over both strategy and day-to-day execution.

This is not for you if....

You prefer individual contributor work over managing people and process. Ambiguity in workflows frustrates rather than motivates you. High case volume and shifting client priorities feel overwhelming.
