This is a remote position.
Our client is looking for a Paralegal – Immigration to join their team full-time in a 100% remote role. They operate in the U.S. immigration law space and have built a strong practice in recent years by supporting individuals and families through complex immigration processes with structured, client-focused legal operations.
This role supports attorneys with day-to-day immigration casework and plays a key part in keeping matters organized, compliant, and moving forward efficiently. The ideal candidate brings hands-on U.S. immigration experience, strong attention to detail, and a high level of responsibility when handling sensitive cases.
Support attorneys with U.S. immigration cases from intake through filing and follow-up.
Prepare, review, and organize immigration forms, petitions, and supporting documentation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records in the case management system.
Track deadlines, requests for evidence, and case milestones.
Communicate with clients to collect information and provide case updates as needed.
Assist with drafting correspondence and case-related materials.
Ensure files are complete, accurate, and compliant with immigration requirements.
Support general paralegal and administrative tasks related to immigration matters.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Paralegal handling U.S. immigration law matters.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
Professional written and verbal communication skills.
Comfort working independently in a remote environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft tools.
Full-time availability.
Proven experience supporting immigration attorneys or law firms.
High level of reliability, accountability, and follow-through.
