This is an in-office position in Austin, Texas, requiring three days a week in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.

Paid Social Campaign Management: You excel at building, launching, and optimizing campaigns across multiple platforms with a deep understanding of each platform's unique capabilities, audience targeting, and creative requirements. You can seamlessly manage campaigns across global markets while maintaining performance standards and brand consistency.
Data-Driven Performance Optimization: You use analytical thinking to interpret campaign metrics, identify optimization opportunities, and make strategic adjustments that drive subscription growth and engagement. You're comfortable with A/B testing methodologies and can translate complex performance data into actionable insights and clear recommendations for stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: You build strong working relationships with cross functional partners to ensure seamless campaign execution. You effectively communicate campaign requirements, provide constructive feedback on creative assets, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to deliver cohesive paid social strategies.

About this role
As a Social Media Senior Associate, you'll drive paid social execution across multiple platforms (Meta, Reddit, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn) and global markets, focusing on campaign optimization, subscription growth, and AI-driven initiatives that directly impact our consumer acquisition strategy.
This fast-paced role offers the opportunity to shape the future of our marketing efforts by leveraging cutting-edge AI tools, privacy best practices, and performance testing methodologies while collaborating with our influencer and creator function to develop high-converting social content. You'll play a critical role in scaling our paid social capabilities globally, with significant potential for professional growth as you help build and optimize campaigns that fuel the organization's subscription and engagement goals.
What you’ll be doing
Execute paid social tactics to drive subscription and course enrollments, with a focus of driving ROAS and strong CPAs, across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and other emerging channels in AMER, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC.
Own end-to-end campaign setup, optimization, and reporting for Paid Social initiatives across subscription and course-driven marketing programs.
Manage campaign feed operations, including building and uploading audiences, creative variations, and product feeds across platforms to ensure accurate targeting and delivery.
Develop and implement a testing roadmap for creative, messaging, and audiences with a clear framework for learning.
Support eventing, signals, and privacy requirements within platforms to ensure accurate tracking and compliant data practices.
Report and analyze results with clear, actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and performance.
Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, media, and influencer teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand and business objectives.
Localize and adapt campaigns for global markets, tailoring creative, messaging, and targeting to regional needs.
Leverage AI-driven initiatives and emerging platform automation tools to improve efficiency and scale.
What you’ll have
3-5 years of hands-on consumer paid social experience, ideally in subscription or e-commerce. Tech brand preferred but not required.
Proven success hitting ROAS/CPA goals.
Executional expertise in Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and experience or ability to quickly learn Snapchat and LinkedIn.
Experience building testing frameworks and scaling winning campaigns.
Strong analytical skills (attribution modeling, cohort analysis, platform + BI tools).
An ownership mindset — self-directed, adaptable, and confident leading a function within a fast-moving organization.
Experience developing creative briefs and partnering with influencer/creator teams to amplify content through paid social.
Proven ability to localize campaigns for international markets.
