The Role:
The Paid Social Media Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest. This role manages end-to-end campaign setup, daily monitoring, and ongoing performance optimization to achieve client goals. The specialist prepares and analyzes performance reports, supports client communications, contributes to strategic planning and presentations, and collaborates closely with senior team members. Staying current with platform updates and continuously developing expertise in paid social best practices are essential for success in this position.
The ideal candidate for this role will live in the St. Louis, MO metro area. Our St. Louis based team comes together 2 or 3 days a week to collaborate in our office space in "The Grove" neighborhood.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Work in social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc.) to setup and manage media campaigns to ensure success across the lifetime of client media campaign.
- Monitors pacing and performance of client's media campaign across all social platforms
- Actively participates in training across multiple platforms
- Completes quality assurance checks of all campaign setups
- Analyze and reports on campaign performance for client's media campaigns (some client facing interaction)
- Review the status and performance of campaigns with senior paid social media manager and other team members as necessary.
- Provides social execution expertise and research for internal client account team members
- Participates in development of client presentations, in conjunction with Senior Paid Media Manager and Paid Media Director as needed.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing or related field

- Some experience with running campaigns via social media channels (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) – Other paid media channels and/or managing Influencer Marketing a plus, comfortable working with numbers and analyzing data/trends, knowledge of online lead generation tactics
- Must have experience using Microsoft Excel to analyze data sets
