We’re looking for a Paid Media Specialist who thrives in the backend of paid advertising—owning platform execution, budget pacing, reporting, and optimization across Google, LinkedIn, and emerging channels. You’ll ensure every dollar spent drives results, helping connect innovation leaders with transformative AI solutions at A.Team.

About A.Team

Most companies rent intelligence. A.Team builds it. We're the AI-Native Systems Integrator trusted by Fortune 500s to create outsized competitive advantages through proprietary AI systems that uncover insights and accelerate actions.

Anticipated salary band: $106,000 USD - $119,000 USD, commensurate with experience.

Your Mission & Impact

As Paid Media Specialist, you’ll own campaign execution across paid channels. You’ll set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns that deliver high-quality leads for sales—ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and measurable ROI.

What You’ll Do
  • Campaign Management & Optimization

    • Set up, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and retargeting platforms.

    • Optimize campaigns daily—adjust bids, audiences, and creatives to hit CPL, ROAS, and pipeline goals.

    • Execute structured A/B and multivariate tests to improve performance.

    • Ensure proper tracking, UTMs, and attribution across campaigns.

  • Budget Management

    • Manage and pace budgets across multiple campaigns with precision.

    • Allocate spend to maximize efficiency and impact while minimizing waste.

  • Reporting & Analysis

    • Build dashboards and regular reports to surface campaign performance.

    • Translate raw performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.

    • Partner with sales and marketing leadership to connect ad spend to pipeline/revenue outcomes.

About You
  • 3–5 years managing hands-on paid media campaigns (B2B or executive enterprise audience experience preferred).

  • Proven track record managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads (Facebook/Youtube/Reddit and other channels a plus).

  • Deep understanding of campaign structure, targeting, and optimization levers.

  • Strong grasp of conversion tracking, UTMs, and attribution models.

  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable working with data.

  • Highly detail-oriented—double-checking budgets, links, and tracking is second nature.

  • Collaborative but execution-driven—you thrive in the weeds of campaign management.

Life @ A.Team
  • Strategic impact – Your programs directly fuel revenue growth in a fast-moving, category-defining company.

  • Creative autonomy – Experiment boldly and shape a demand engine that’s already producing enterprise leads.

  • Data-driven culture – Decisions are based on insights, not vanity metrics.

  • Collaborative team – Work with entrepreneurial, mission-driven colleagues.

  • Growth opportunities – Advance your skills at the intersection of AI, GTM, and growth strategy.

  • Competitive compensation – Includes equity, benefits, and unlimited PTO.
