As a Paid Media Planner at GCE, you will play a crucial role in driving lead generation and managing digital marketing campaigns. You'll work closely with our media team to develop and execute strategies across various platforms. What you will do:

  • Develop and manage small to medium-scale Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display advertising campaigns to drive lead generation
  • Create comprehensive project plans for campaign launches, including planning, management, and execution
  • Analyze client needs and translate them into effective marketing strategies
  • Manage and optimize relationships with third-party media and affiliate marketing vendors
  • Develop and execute affiliate marketing plans, including budget allocation and performance monitoring
  • Collaborate with compliance services to ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and legal requirements
  • Participate in regular video conferences with internal teams and external stakeholders (minimum 3 per week)

What you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation campaigns
  • Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment
  • Certificate in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant platforms
  • Knowledge of Excel
