Own and optimize multi-channel paid media (Google, Microsoft/Bing, LinkedIn, programmatic) for B2B demand generation and ABM. Manage six- to low-seven-figure budgets, partner with ops teams to improve tracking/attribution, run testing and analysis, manage agencies, and leverage AI/automation to drive pipeline, revenue, and lead quality.

Our client is looking for a Paid Media Marketing Manager to take ownership of their paid media strategy, execution, optimization, and contribution to business growth. They operate in the workplace compliance and professional learning technology space and have experienced notable growth and industry recognition in recent years.
- Own paid media strategy, execution, and optimization across Google, Microsoft/Bing, LinkedIn, programmatic, and emerging channels.
- Manage a six- to low-seven-figure annual media budget, optimizing for pipeline, revenue, lead quality, and ROI.
- Develop and optimize full-funnel campaigns, including acquisition, retargeting, upper-funnel demand generation, and ABM initiatives.
- Partner with Marketing Ops, RevOps, Website Performance, and other marketing teams to improve tracking, attribution, conversion rates, and funnel performance.
- Analyze campaign data, identify opportunities, develop testing hypotheses, and continuously improve performance.
- Manage external agencies and vendors while maintaining accountability for results.
- Leverage AI, automation, and emerging paid media opportunities to improve efficiency and growth.
- Take full ownership of paid media performance and proactively adjust strategy to meet business goals.
Requirements
- Deep practical knowledge of paid acquisition and performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of the relationship between metrics such as CPM, cost per qualified lead, conversion rate, average selling price, ROAS, pipeline, and revenue.
- Ability to distinguish between low-cost leads and leads that generate meaningful business value.
- Demonstrated experience optimizing performance for different customer segments, including SMB and Enterprise.
- Track record of using data to identify new campaign opportunities and testing ideas.
- Self-directed approach with the ability to move initiatives forward without requiring constant supervision.
- Strong combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Ability to take ownership of performance targets and proactively adjust strategy when goals are at risk.
- Comfortable making decisions and taking action despite ambiguity or imperfect information.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Revenue functions.
- Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to stay current with new technologies, platforms, and approaches to performance marketing.
