About the Role

We’re looking for a data-savvy Paid Marketing Analyst to support and optimize our paid media efforts across search, social, and display. You’ll work closely with our campaign managers to uncover insights, identify growth opportunities, and ensure we’re investing efficiently to drive performance. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong analytical instincts who’s eager to take the next step in digital marketing.

What you bring
  • Hands-on experience with paid media campaigns (search, social, and display) with a global focus
  • Strong grasp of marketing metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, etc.) and how to interpret them
  • Comfort working with large datasets and conducting detailed performance analysis
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Looker, Excel, or similar BI platforms
  • A curious, analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Bonus: Experience with SQL, Python, or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on paid campaign performance on Google Ads (Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic/display channel knowledge a plus)
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities within campaign data to inform optimization strategies
  • Assist in A/B testing, creative performance reviews, and bid strategy evaluations
  • Partner with the paid marketing team to improve audience targeting, conversion funnels, and landing page effectiveness
  • Create dashboards and reporting templates in tools like Looker, GA4, or Excel/Sheets
  • Work closely with finance and operations to ensure spend pacing and ROI targets are met
  • Keep up to date with platform changes and industry benchmarks

At first glance our salary bands seem quite wide - here is some context. At Remote we have international operations and a globally distributed workforce.  We use geo ranges to consider geographic pay differentials as part of our global compensation strategy to remain competitive in various markets while we hiring globally.
The base salary range for this full-time position is $34,300 USD - $96,450 USD. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.

 

At Remote, we foster internal mobility as a key element of our culture of employee growth and development, supported by a compensation philosophy that guarantees pay equity and fairness. Therefore, all compensation changes associated with an internal move will be reviewed by the Total Rewards & People Enablement team on a case by case basis.
