  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct effective, objective, and thorough investigations, ensuring compliance with all legal and internal policies.
  • Analyze People Analytics and P+C metrics (e.g., performance ratings, attrition, engagement survey data, diversity statistics) in partnership with the P+C team and departmental leaders to identify trends and develop actionable, enterprise-wide solutions.
  • Administer and provide guidance on organizational structures, job leveling, and our Total Rewards philosophy (compensation, benefits, and recognition).
  • Partner cross-functionally to lead or support P+C projects focused on retention, engagement, compensation, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
  • Manage the end-to-end administration of the company-wide engagement survey and other engagement-related activities, including communication, launch, data analysis, report generation, and consulting with leaders to drive self-service action planning and improve the employee experience.

What We'll Expect From You

  • 5+ years of progressive HR generalist experience, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proven experience managing or significantly contributing to the design and execution of an annual and mid-year performance management cycle.
  • Strong understanding of performance philosophies and methodologies aimed at cultivating a high-performance culture
