Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic Outsourced Project Manager to join our Project Management team.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between key enterprise initiatives and client outcomes by overseeing external resource delivery and complex project lifecycles. Working closely with cross-functional teams, your management of third-party vendors and project milestones ensures we deliver our service commitments with the absolute highest standards of quality and efficiency.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)In this role, you will:
Vendor & Resource Coordination: Oversee outsourced project partners and vendors, ensuring deliverable timelines, budget constraints, and quality metrics are met.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and client representatives to align scope, expectations, and status reporting.
Risk Mitigation & Issue Resolution: Proactively identify operational bottlenecks, manage project risks, and implement immediate corrective actions.
The ideal candidate will have:
3+ years of experience in project management, vendor management, or outsourcing operations.
Strong knowledge of project management frameworks, third-party performance monitoring, and deliverable tracking.
Proven ability in risk management, cross-functional stakeholder alignment, and problem-solving.
