As an Outbound Setup Call Specialist, you will conduct outbound calls to prospective customers, schedule appointments, and maintain records in the CRM. You will engage with leads to ensure smooth onboarding and meet targets for calls and appointments.

Our client is looking for a driven and articulate Outbound Setup Call Specialist to join their growing team. They operate in the health technology sector, providing award-winning medical alert devices, remote care support services, and a 24/7 call center — earning widespread recognition for their customer-centric approach and innovative solutions for home-based care. In this role, you will be the first point of contact with prospective customers, playing a key part in expanding their reach and helping people access the care tools they need.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce, explain, and schedule setup appointments for the company's products and services.
- Engage professionally and persuasively with potential clients, clearly communicating the value and benefits of the offerings.
- Follow up with leads systematically to ensure a smooth handoff and high conversion rate.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, contacts, and outcomes in the designated CRM or tracking tool.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly outbound call targets and setup appointment goals.
- Represent the company's brand in a professional, courteous, and positive manner at all times.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience.
Requirements
- Full professional proficiency in English — spoken and written — is an absolute requirement.
- Demonstrated experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace suitable for making calls.
- Comfortable working with call tracking tools, CRM platforms, or similar software.
- High level of professionalism, punctuality, and accountability.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in sales or communications is a plus.
- Prior experience in B2C or B2B outbound calling environments strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with the healthcare or health technology industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Proven track record of achieving performance targets in a phone-based role.
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to tailor conversations to different customer profiles.
