You will provide customer support through outbound calls, focusing on account reconciliation and client retention while ensuring client satisfaction.
Overview:
Let's be real! Most "outbound" roles sound like code for cold-calling strangers until your soul evaporates. Not here. As a Outbound Customer Service Rep at Corporate Tools, your job is to call people who already use our services, check in like a helpful human, and make sure their business isn't running into walls. You'll update info, answer questions, spot problems before they're problems, and yes-occasionally rescue a forgotten payment. No scripts. No shady sales. Just real conversations with real people who actually want your help (wild, right?).
