About The Role- The Otolaryngology Revenue Cycle Manager is responsible for overseeing the full revenue cycle performance for ENT clients, ensuring timely and accurate billing, AR resolution, payer compliance, and revenue optimization across professional and surgical services. This role partners closely with leadership, providers, and payers to drive financial outcomes while leading and developing the ENT billing team.Describe the role and team the candidate will be joining
- Own end-to-end revenue cycle performance for ENT services (office visits, procedures, surgeries).
- Manage AR health across all aging buckets, with strong focus on 90+ and 120+ day AR.
- Analyze trends in denials, underpayments, and payer behavior; implement corrective strategies.
- Oversee surgical billing workflows, including global periods, modifiers, and bundled services.
- Ensure accurate charge capture and coding alignment (CPT, ICD-10, modifiers).
- Partner with the Team Lead to manage workload distribution, productivity, and quality.
- Serve as escalation point for complex payer issues and high-dollar claims.
- Report on KPIs including AR aging, collections, denial rates, and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with payer rules, client policies, and internal SOPs.
- Support client communication, reporting, and strategic recommendations.
- 5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience, with strong ENT or surgical specialty experience.
- Deep knowledge of ENT coding, billing, and payer rules.
- Proven experience managing teams and complex AR portfolios.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience with EHRs, PM systems, and clearinghouses.
- Experience managing a global team
