Carefree has an immediate need for an experienced Order Entry Representative. Our Order Entry Representatives are responsible for providing world class service and support to our valued customers. Candidates for this position should be, professional, enthusiastic, and positive, thrive in a fast paced office environment and have outstanding attendance. Prior experience in an RV related sales, rental, or technical support position is helpful.

Description

Carefree has an immediate need for an experienced Order Entry Representative. Our Order Entry Representatives are responsible for providing world class service and support to our valued customers. Candidates for this position should be, professional, enthusiastic, and positive, thrive in a fast paced office environment and have outstanding attendance. Prior experience in an RV related sales, rental, or technical support position is helpful. 

The essential duties of the Order Entry Representative position include, but are not limited to:

  • Accurately processing a high volume of custom orders that require rapid turnaround
  • Answering incoming customer calls and emails
  • Configuring and quoting appropriate part numbers and pricing
  • Coordinating liaison between Carefree, our distributors and dealers for order placement
  • Resolving challenges and variances encountered with orders

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Professional demeanor when dealing with customers
  • Energetic and positive approach to evolving changes and challenges of a fast paced workplace
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and stringent attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
  • Patience, perseverance and ability to prioritize
  • Ability to work independently and in cooperation with others
  • Proficient in MS Outlook and Office Applications
  • Demonstrated reliability with outstanding attendance 

Compensation and Benefits

The pay range for this position is anticipated to be from $19-21 per hour.

Benefits for this position include medical, dental, vision, FSA, HSA, 401(k) with company match, life insurance (employer paid & voluntary coverage), paid time off (CO sick leave, CO FAMLI, vacation & holidays), Short-Term Disability, Long Term Disability, voluntary accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity insurance.
