Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Senior Technical Integration Consultant (Subcontractor)

Location: Remote

Overview:

OBAN Corporation is seeking a Senior Technical Integration Consultant to support the design, build, and testing of Oracle HCM Cloud integrations with moderate oversight, serving as the primary technical resource for one or more interface workstreams (Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence, Core HR). The Senior Technical Integration Consultant will produce detailed technical design documentation, configures integration tools (OIC, HDL, HCM Extracts), mentor junior team members, and drive technical defect resolution through SIT/UAT, preferably in government or public sector contexts.

Required Qualifications:

  • Five to seven years of Oracle HCM Cloud technical/integration experience, including multiple full-lifecycle implementations (government or public sector experience preferred).
  • Strong hands-on experience building and troubleshooting integrations using OIC, HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, and REST/SOAP web services.
  • Experience owning integration technical design documentation and mapping functional requirements to interface specifications with end-to-end traceability.
  • Proficiency with Fast Formulas and BI Publisher/OTBI-based data extracts.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex technical defects during SIT and UAT.
  • Working knowledge of integration security (OAuth, SSL/TLS, certificates) and file transfer protocols (SFTP).
  • Ability to mentor junior consultants/analysts and communicate technical concepts clearly to functional stakeholders and clients.
  • Strong consulting skills, government contracting experience, and the ability to support delivery in a regulated, client-facing environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
  • U.S. Citizen.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required government security check.
