The Opportunity
As an Oracle Fusion Field Service Implementation Director, you will lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle's suite of applications, focusing on managing the entire customer journey from lead generation to revenue realization. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will work with Oracle's tools to enhance client operations and drive strategic objectives. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. You will be instrumental in driving business growth, shaping client engagements, and mentoring future leaders, all while upholding PwC's reputation for quality, integrity, and inclusion.

You will identify market gaps and convert opportunities into successes for the firm, adhering to professional and technical standards. Responsibilities
- Leading the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Field Service solutions to optimize client operations
- Driving business growth by identifying market gaps and converting opportunities into successful engagements
- Mentoring teams to cultivate potential and foster a collaborative environment across the PwC Network
- Translating strategic vision into actionable plans that inspire and guide client engagements
- Promoting technological advances and creating environments where people and technology thrive together
- Developing innovative ideas and solutions to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Overseeing multiple projects and maintaining executive-level client relations to uphold PwC's reputation
- Utilizing Oracle's suite of applications to manage the customer journey from lead generation to revenue realization
- Collaborating with business leaders to address client needs and deliver tailored software solutions
- Validating data integrity, security, and compliance within Oracle applications and frameworks
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, Finance, Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Field Services Cloud (OFSC)
- Utilizing strategic mindset to drive business growth
- Leading client engagements with a focus on Oracle CX
- Promoting technological advances in Oracle solutions
- Cultivating potential through mentoring and leadership
- Translating vision into actionable strategies
The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
