We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled ERP Lead to oversee the maintenance, and optimization of our Oracle Fusion Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. The ERP Lead will be responsible for ensuring that all ERP modules are aligned with organizational goals and will collaborate across departments to deliver system improvements, maximize efficiency, and troubleshoot system issues. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Plan, prioritize, and execute ERP-related projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets.
- Lead the implementation of ERP systems across various departments.
- Oversee and Monitor, the integration of ERP software with other enterprise systems and databases.
- Manage ERP production team consisting of Data Analysts and Data Managers
- Develop and implement customizations and system improvements to better serve business processes.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they understand how to use ERP tools effectively.
- Develop user manuals, training guides, and other resources for ongoing user support.
- Manage planning and support for Oracle ERP contractors and vendors
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the ERP system.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to define ERP requirements and resolve business challenges.
- Track and report on the progress of ERP initiatives and provide regular updates to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in managing ERP systems, preferably with knowledge of [specific systems like Oracle Fusion.]. Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Applications required.
- Strong understanding of business processes and how they integrate with ERP systems.
- Excellent project management skills with experience leading ERP implementations or upgrades.
- Hands-on experience managing technical teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage user expectations.
- Experience with system implementation to configure and implement ERP systems across various business functions, ensuring alignment with business processes.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations of the ERP system.
- Multiple full-lifecycle implementations of ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Hands-on Oracle Cloud experience.
- Tech, Retail, or Manufacturing experience
