Job Roles and Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead and manage Oracle Fusion SCM and Finance technical projects, enhancements, and support activities.

  • 8+ years of technical ERP experience with deep understanding of SCM modules (Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, WMS , Planning) and Finance modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable) data models.

  • Coordinate and manage the onsite-offshore delivery model across multiple projects.

  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for business stakeholders and project teams.

  • Work closely with functional consultants to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

  • Perform hands-on development and support activities in Oracle Fusion applications.

  • Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Fusion technical RICE components.

  • Strong expertise in PL/SQL to handle complex Web Service (REST/SOAP) integrations and business logic development in Oracle APEX and ATP databases.

  • Good understanding and working knowledge of Oracle Fusion REST/SOAP APIs and JSON/XML processing.

  • Good understanding with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

  • Develop and maintain BI Publisher (BIP) reports.

  • Experience with FBDI and data conversion solutions.

  

Job Description:

 

  • Position is for a Techno-Functional Professional, with implementation background in Oracle Cloud SCM-ERP Applications.

  • Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing excellence in customer service support, diagnosis, replication, resolving Technical Functional issues of complex and critical service requests. The focus of this position is to provide Service on a Techno-functional  level and to ultimately drive complete and total resolution of each issue reported by customer.

  • Responsible for business requirements, gap analysis, functional workshops, design documents, set up documentation, configuration, business test scenarios and more important work with technical team on CEMI/RICE objects. After post go-live provide customer production support, tracking incidents, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution of complicated and critical cases. 

  • The key skills used daily are - high level of techno-functional skills, Oracle products knowledge, problem solving skills, and customer interaction/service expertise.

  • It is an opportunity to work with Cloud customers. This work includes:

  • Work directly with Customers for

  • Advising on complex use of Oracle products

  • Resolving highly complex and mission-critical issues

  • Serve as Situation Manager on highly sensitive issues

  • Formal mentoring for promoting the technical and professional development of others

  • Creation/review of Knowledge Articles

 

Requirements:

 

  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle SCM-ERPCloud implementation & support.

  • Worked in 5 or more Oracle SCM-ERP Cloud implementation or support projects as a Techno-Functional consultant with at least 3 full implementation cycles as a Techno-Functional lead or SME at least 3 modules as a SME

  • Implementation/Support experience on Cloud SCM-ERP Modules like SCM modules (Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, WMS , Planning) and Finance modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable) data models

  • Candidate must have hands on experience minimum in any of the following  modules -SCM modules (Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, WMS , Planning) and Finance modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable) data models

  • Should have Strong SCM-ERP  business processes knowledge and concepts.

  • Ability to relate the product functionality to business processes and thus offer implementation advice to customers on how to meet their various business scenarios using Oracle Cloud SCM-ERP

  • Technically good Skills in SQL, OTBI/ BIP/FRS reports, FBDI, ADFDI, BPM workflows.

  • Able to scope/build/coach developers through development of reporting, dashboards, integrations and conversions.

  • Ability to relate the product functionality to business processes and thus offer implementation advice to customers on how to meet their various business scenarios using Oracle Cloud SCM-ERP. 

  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Strong Customer interactions and service orientation so you can understand customer’s critical situations and accordingly provide the response, and mobilize the organizational resources, while setting realistic expectations to customers.

  • Strong operations management and innovation orientation so you can continually improve the processes, methods, tools, and utilities.
