Your role, your impact
As an Oracle Cloud ERP Project Manager, you’ll lead the successful delivery of Oracle Cloud ERP transformation initiatives for our clients. Working across Oracle Cloud Financials, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Human Capital Management (HCM), and related solutions, you'll oversee project execution, ensuring business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
ResponsibilitiesYour day-to-day
Coordinate project teams, partners, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle;
Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project plans using Smartsheet and other project management tools;
Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts;
Track project progress and monitor performance, and proactively address risks and issues;
Ensure deliverables are completed in accordance with project objectives and statements of work;
Communicate updates and project progress to the steering committee;
Collaborate closely with client project managers, key stakeholders, and business users to ensure project success;
Manage consulting resources within approved budgets;
Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing project team environment;
Identify, escalate, and coordinate the resolution of project challenges and dependencies.
Keys to your success
Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, project management, or a related field;
10+ years of experience in ERP project management;
8+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations;
Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to communicate and interact with senior and executive level management and influence outcomes;
Experience working in dynamic and innovative environments.
Language skills
French: Proficient
English: Proficient
Please note that due to the nature of the responsibilities of the position, a proficient level of English is required, in particular to communicate on a daily basis with employees and managers outside of Quebec.
