Sales Operations Associate

We are looking for a Sales Operations Associate to join our team in Boulder, Colorado. As a member of our Sales Operations department you will play a critical part in enhancing and assisting with sales enablement. In this role you will process a high volume of sales orders. This includes telephone order taking, data entry and all subsequent steps to order fulfillment. You will work cross-functionally with accounting, sales, professional services and support, as well as other contacts within LogRhythm regarding sales needs. Responsibilities
- Assist with sales metrics and dashboards as needed and requested by multiple levels of management
- Monitor and report Internal Orders, Not for Resale Orders, and Evaluations
- Verify Sales orders and Bookings for compliance with company procedure and authorization limits for product discounting
- Work with management and Information Systems team to assist in integrations, changes and updates as needed
- Collaborate with the team on processes and provide recommendations on system changes as needed
- Review inventory reports to work with the field and fulfillment teams
Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience working in a process-oriented, operations focused role which involved leveraging cross-functional communication in a fast paced environment
- Proficient with Windows and MS Office
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work independently
